The story goes that these delicious steamed rice noodles were invented during the Qin dynasty and tributed to Qin Shi Huang when rice was in shortage. The Emperor fell in love instantly and this dish became one of the most recognized specialities of Shanxi. Our silky, chewy steamed rice noodles are tossed in our savoury sesame chilli dressing, topped with spongy gluten and shredded veggies.
